John Nader

John Nader is a startup/technology lawyer and entrepreneur who provides founder-focused counsel and fractional GC support through Ex Fida Bona. He co-founded Data Society in 2014 and helped scale it through its 2024 acquisition into Data Society Group, serving as COO, General Counsel, and Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. Before founding Data Society, Nader practiced litigation and antitrust law at Proskauer Rose LLP, a leading global law firm, where he developed extensive experience navigating complex legal disputes and regulatory frameworks. He later served as Corporate Counsel at Grifols, a multinational biotechnology corporation, advising on global corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters.
